By downloading, installing, or using the Loudance mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Loudance is a mobile application that allows users to create music and videos using body poses and hand gestures. The App includes:

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly.
You retain all rights to the videos and recordings you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App. You agree not to create or share content that:

The App requires access to your device's camera for pose detection and video recording, and access to the microphone for audio recording. All processing happens locally on your device. We do not transmit camera or microphone data to our servers.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Loudance and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Some musical compositions in the App are generated using artificial intelligence tools. These compositions are used under a commercial license from the respective AI music platform. The AI-generated music is provided for use within the App and may not be extracted, downloaded, or redistributed separately.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loudance, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, you should review these Terms with your parent or guardian and obtain their consent before using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
